CANBERRA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
Vehicle Wrap Design
Visual Development + Concept // Art Production
Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) required several vehicle designs ranging from company vehicles and trailers, to local bus backs and full wraps. The challenge was to embody the CIT style and/or theme of the campaign whilst adhering to the unique specifications.
UTILITY VEHICLE WRAP // The CIT Building and Construction department wanted an eye catching design for their new vehicle. The marketing material for the department at that time used a lot of blue, so it was important that the design incorporated this feature and the current CIT style.
The final design utilizes building textures and triangular shapes, as well as strong blue colours paired with whites and warmer tones to add contrast and balance to the design.
APPRENTICESHIPS BUS WRAP // The bus wrap was required as part of a marketing campaign to raise brand awareness and reinforce CIT’s standing in the community as a leading provider for apprentices and trainees. The design incorporates geometric shape language paired with vibrant imagery and contrasting colours to stand out amongst other local buses and branded transport in the area. In addition I was required to organize and photograph the focal imagery for this campaign.
